Sherry, one of the partners at Pacifica Properties has over 35 years of experience in Property Management as well as Real Estate sales. Most days, Sherry is in the field meeting with prospective clients as well as inspecting properties, coordinating maintenance issues and meeting vendors. Sherry’s “hands on” approach assures that all properties are being properly maintained for the retention of property values and tenants. Sherry is the “Bottom Line” at Pacifica Properties.

FE’ HAZEN – RMP/Owner/R.E. Agent/CFO
Fe’ is the other half of the partnership that makes Pacifica Properties so successful. Fe’s primary focus is on the accounting & financial matters of the company, but also handles real estate acquisitions for our clients. Fe’ has 35 years of experience and her attention to detail assures that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Both Fe’ and Sherry hold the prestigious designation of Residential Management Professionals (RMP). This designation is obtained by being a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and completing the rigorous body of course work experience and service on a local, state and national level.
PATTY HARDEN – R.E. Leasing Manager
With 24 years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate, Patty is Pacifica Properties’ primary rental agent specializing in leasing and maintaining our extensive portfolio of properties. Employed with us since 1991, Patty continues to provide her excellent Tenant Relation Skills in placing prospective new tenants in their homes. She is a Certified Inspector performing the necessary City and County inspections, move in and move outs of all our properties, and will schedule your maintenance requests and needs. With her positive attitude and love of the Property Management business, she continues to grow and develop her portfolio with perspective new clients and welcomes your referrals.

Patricia Whitcomb – Office Manager
Patricia joined Pacifica Properties in April of 2014, replacing a long time Employee with big shoes to fill. With over 10 years of Mortgage experience and 5 years in Real Estate/Property Management, Patricia brings a wealth of people and customer service skills to our office. As the Office Manager she oversees the daily office operations, such as greeting each client with a smile and positive attitude on the phone and in person, developing and maintaining positive relationships with Tenants, Owners, & Vendors. She also leads our Maintenance Department, ensuring that all tenants’ maintenance requests are properly taken care of in a timely manner, and also acts as a Liaison between City and County agencies. Patricia delivers an excellent customer service attitude with the ability to interact with a diversity of personalities, and she’s got a great sense of humor too. We are very lucky to have her!

CALI CAT – Office Cat and Official Greeter
Cali adopted the office as her home in 2005 and has ruled the roost ever since. She is a great greeter and loves to “talk” to people as they pet her. Her calico colored fur is quite a conversation piece and she loves it when people compliment her on her fur. You can find her socializing both in the office and with the office neighbors. Some come over just to see her.
