SHERRY LUTTRELL, RMP/Owner/R.E. Broker/Property Manager

Sherry, one of the partners in Pacifica Properties has 30 years of experience in Property Management as well as Real Estate sales. Most days, Sherry is in the field meeting with prospective clients as well as inspecting properties, coordinating maintenance issues and meeting vendors. Sherry’s “hands on” approach assures that all properties are being properly maintained for the retention of property values and tenants.

FE’ HAZEN, RMP/Owner/R.E. Agent/CFO

Fe’ is the other half of the partnership that makes Pacifica Properties so successful. Fe’s primary focus is on the accounting & financial matters of the company, but also handles real estate acquisitions for our clients. Fe’ has 30 years of experience and her attention to detail assures that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Both Fe’ and Sherry hold the prestigious designation of Residential Management Professionals (RMP). This designation is obtained by being a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and completing the rigorous body of course work experience and service on a local, state and national level.

PATTY HARDEN/R.E. Agent/Rental Agent

Patty is Pacifica Properties primary rental agent specializing in showing and leasing our extensive portfolio of properties. She also schedules maintenance, performs move- in/move-out inspections as well as meeting with perspective clients to obtain new business. Patty has been employed by Pacifica Properties since 1991.

AUDREY BLAIR/Part Time Office Manager

Audrey’s duties as Office Manager include greeting clients with a smile and overseeing daily operations which include maintenance scheduling, tenant/owner relations, collections and being our liaison between city and county agencies. She previously worked full time since 1990 but is now semi-retired and working only the first two weeks of the month.

HEATHER BUCKLER/Advertising

Heather takes care of making sure our advertising is up to date and takes photos for homes to include in the various advertising websites. She has experience as an On-Site Property Manager at a large apartment complex and a busy mother of 3 so she is organized and flexible. She is customer service oriented and has a positive attitude.

CALI CAT

Cali adopted the office as her home in 2005 and has ruled the roost ever since. She is a great greeter and loves to "talk" to people as they pet her. Her calico colored hair is quite a conversation piece and she loves it when people compliment her on her hair. You can find her socializing both in the office and with the office neighbors. Some come over just to see her. IT'S GOOD TO BE QUEEN!
