Affiliations

Pacifica Properties owners Sherry Luttrell and Fe’ Forner have been members of the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) since 1995. Both have been either Past President or Past Vice President of the Sacramento Chapter of NARPM. The education offered by this organization is paramount in remaining current with all aspects of the property management industry. NARPM has proven to be an invaluable tool with regards to the laws and regulations that govern the property management industry.
